That narcissistic person has the ability to find her vulnerable spots and turn her against herself, making her lose her sense of what’s real and what isn’t.

And maybe you have spent countless hours researching narcissistic abuse and all things about this personality disorder, how to talk to them (or use the grey rock method), the red flags to watch out for, the steps to managing your reactions. And getting the validation that this research provides, knowing that you aren’t crazy, gives you a temporary reprieve, and the tools and awareness help some…

…but then why do you still feel hooked by this person? Like you are trapped and spinning in this dark, exit-less room?

Still, the anxiety keeps you up at night. The sadness and defeat is holding you back from stepping into the life you so desire living. And all of this is in the way of you being the leader, the healer, the mom that you know you are capable of being.

If so, I have created a a system and sequence of transformative initiations, The Elemental Initiations, designed specifically for you, to release their hold once and for all, guiding you from confused, trapped, and doubting your every choice, to confident, sovereign and free, so you can reclaim your self and spirit-sourced power, purpose, pleasure, play and prosperity. 

From fast, unpredictable, unsafe, inconsistent, confused, and scattered, in this 6-week group program, we will be working towards restructuring your inner foundation to becoming slower, predictable, safe, stable, clear, and curious through what I call the EarthSovereignty Initiation, the first of three initiations into wholeness. Using my training in nervous system health, mind-body integration, and embodied movement combined with my experience of healing from complex-ptsd after leaving a narcissistic abusive marriage, I guide you through the Elemental Initiations in a safe, confidential container that honours and reignites your own divine blueprint of health. 

This happens in a slow, safe, doable and sustainable way where you begin to take back the keys to your temple and reclaim the golden throne of your body and your life as a SovereignQueen.

A SovereignQueen is a woman who is devoted to BEcoming more of who she already is while being surrounded, supported and loved by a sisterhood of womxn who are doing this together.

Because becoming sovereign does not mean isolated, alone and “independent”. 
Sovereignty is becoming more whole unto yourself. 

It is repairing your cell wall and calling more of yourself back into your own space.

So when the cells come together to form the whole, there is no leaking, enmeshment, codependence, imbalanced over-giving and over-taking, spreading of dis-ease, confusion of where we begin and where we end. In other words, there is clarity, coherence, alignment, purpose.

IN THIS 6 WEEK PROGRAM YOU WILL:

-go from confused to curious, learn how to embody curiosity as a tool for getting out of survival mode
-find your centre so you can learn to call yourself back when you start to spin
-increase your capacity to stay present through intensity so you can experience more joy and purpose
-rebuild a relationship with your body and your inner being as a tool for discernment and confidence
-find and create resources to anchor you into present time so you can move more fluidly throughout your day
-get to know your boundaries and limitations and practice speaking them out loud so you can feel safe showing up in and building new relationships
-laugh and have fun, without bypassing the real, valid, painful feels
