Winter Single Sovereignty Sessions

The holidays are approaching and for the women that have left a narcissistic ex and have kids that are shared with him, or have narcissistic or codependent family members, or have cut ties with unhealthy family, this time of year, to put it bluntly, sucks.

She may be spending a lot of the next month putting out fires from her ex, or feel like she is walking on eggshells waiting for the next attack or manipulative move from her mom, or feeling the crushing overwhelm of deciding whether or not to go to that gathering. If she goes, she will definitely be overriding her boundaries and self-abandoning, but if she doesn’t go, she risks losing a piece of safety that she isn’t ready to let go of. 

Not to mention the pressure of making this time magical and memorable for her kids. 

Or figuring out whether she plays the game of keeping up to the extravagant ways of her kids’ dad, or goes simple like her heart desires and she knows will be most healthy for her kids (and the Earth).

Or that her support system of friends and community are busy with their holiday get togethers and she has to navigate this alone.

Or thinking about whether or not she should reach out to her family that she hasn’t talked to in a while.

It sucks. Especially because she wants to enjoy it. There IS truly a magic to this time of year, but the momentum of all that other stuff is so big that the magic gets dimmed or lost.

She wants to rekindle some of that magic, she wants to get clarity on what choices to make, she wants to be able to stay in her centre and honour her boundaries, she wants to connect with her inner being so she can hear her wants and needs and inner intelligence to get her through this time, and maybe more than that, perhaps even find some pleasure, play and joy these holidays.

Normally I only work with women in long term containers, but I know how hard this time of year is (I’m right there with you) and I want to be able to support, so I am opening my schedule for 1 single session a week for December and January (because the aftermath of the holidays often feels even worse.)

Sovereignty Session  are 1.5 – 2 hours and can be in person (Cobourg) or online via Zoom
