this is the year
This is the year, sweet sisters.
This is the year of releasing all we believed we were, and surrendering to the divinity, the power, the sacredness, the creators that we are.
The more we hold on, the more the momentum will build, the stronger the current will become, the more we will feel like we are drowning.
We have been given a big job.
We are here at a momentous time in the evolution of humanity. We are being asked, and have committed to come here, to be the warriors, the leaders, the way-showers that are willing to leave behind everything we thought we knew, to create what will be, all the while building the bridge of transition between the two.
We may have flashes of the future, tastes of who we will be, experiences of what it will feel like and be like. We may experience ourselves cracked wide open, in a state of bliss, a state of oneness. We may have sudden bursts of absolute connection to our intuition, our internal guidance system, our Higher Selves, our more refined and fine tuned abilities. We may experience a side of ourselves we didn’t know existed.
And then, without notice, sometimes in the blink of an eye, we will be right back where we started, seeming to have gone backwards, or back to old ways. We may feel defeated that we continue to go back to old patterns or mindsets or experiences when we “know better” and thought we had made it to the other side.
Do not be fooled.
This is the process of transition and of bridge-building. We must have some idea, some vision, some map, some blueprint, if only brief and non-specific, to firstly give us inspiration, validation and motivation to move forward, and secondly to give some small direction to move. And then, we must do the actual moving, building, transition.
Let’s say we were getting into our car to go on a road trip. In the same way that we can look at our GPS in our car before we leave to give an overview and an idea of the journey, when we begin to move, the GPS gives us one direction at a time. If it gave us the whole thing, or more than one step at a time, it would be overwhelming, confusing and just truly ineffective. But we don’t attach to the destination and obsess that we aren’t there yet, thinking we should be because we already know where it is and have seen it (well perhaps some do, but tell me how much you enjoy the journey, how long the time seems to take, and how your relationship with those driving with you is by the time you arrive.)
Trust.
We are being taken care of. Our internal guidance system is longing to be heard and to guide us.
Surrender. Surrender to your inner knowing. The work lies in the surrender.
This can be the scary or challenging part. It is the free fall. The learning to slow down, to listen, to trust.
This is why we come together in sisterhood. Because we do not need to do it alone. We can build a supportnet within the sisterhood when we aren’t quite ready to trust the invisible loving support and guidance of the unknown.
This is the intention of Retreat to Remember :: Come Home to YourSelf. To learn the art of freefall, to feel the loving support of sisterhood, to know you are not alone, to connect to the loving, supportive, divinity within you. To practice fierce self-love. To remember who you are. To continue to reconcile with non-serving beliefs and programs that have been directing your life to this point, and create new ways of being that are in alignment with who you really are. To remember your sacredness. To remember your power. To remember what it means to be a wholly holy woman. To remember where you truly belong.
This will be a powerful gathering, for those who are ready to go deep and come out free.

my favourite season is the fall of patriarchy
This. The fall of the patriarchy isn't about women rising up and overturning men, it is about the patriarchal programming that runs deep within all of us. It affects us all and keeps us all stuck in deep suffering, pain and separation (men included). It is...
the dark underbelly of new age spirituality
I just came across this as a sponsored post in my newsfeed and I just want to call BULLSHIT. . I synchronistically just started a book on spiritual discernment yesterday and the author talks about the dark underbelly of spirituality in the West (and...
becoming grown up humans
Having an insight about who you are, your past, your current situation, past lives, the world around you, etc, is not the work. It is most definitely an important step, yes, even an essential one. But many stop here, thinking the work is done. And this is...
